By using CheckResumeATS you agree to these terms. The public site provides fictional demonstrations; real resume, job, account, and paid-service activity belongs in the private App.
Description of Service
CheckResumeATS provides evidence-based resume-to-job analysis and next-step guidance. It does not simulate any specific applicant tracking system, recruiter, employer, interview, or hiring outcome.
Accounts
Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
Free Tier
The App's free target-job judgment shows the complete available evidence, material gaps, unknowns, recommendation, and confidence. Usage may be rate-limited for security and capacity, but payment must not change the underlying truth of the judgment.
Paid Services
The paid execution pilot is invitation-only and purchased once for one stable target job. Creem acts as merchant of record and contractual reseller, processes payment and invoices, and calculates, collects, and remits applicable indirect taxes based on billing information. CheckResumeATS remains responsible for product accuracy, service delivery, customer support, consumer remedies, and refund eligibility. Checkout must show the total price and tax treatment, currency, scope, policy versions, delivery expectation, eligible region, and fulfillment language before payment. Historical products remain governed by the terms shown when they were purchased.
When Service Starts and Finishes
Service starts only after verified payment, current human-review consent, and sufficient confirmed facts are all present and the case enters In review. Delivery is complete when the current versioned items are visible and reviewable in the App; it is not conditioned on an interview or job offer. If facts are missing, we will ask for confirmation, return a missing-fact item, or coordinate cancellation rather than invent content.
Pilot Scope and Revisions
The pilot includes up to three target-job tasks backed by evidence IDs and one revision round unless the invitation states a narrower scope. It excludes fabricated experience, guaranteed scores, guaranteed ATS passage, applications submitted on your behalf, a score PDF, and unlimited revisions. Your edits remain job-specific and do not overwrite the base resume.
Language and Region
The current validation contract is limited to eligible United States buyers, English human fulfillment, and a written 72-hour delivery window after required facts are ready and service formally starts. The binding region, language, and deadline are the values shown in the invitation and checkout. A translated interface or policy does not expand them.

CheckResumeATS provides analysis and suggestions, not legal, immigration, recruiting, or employment advice. It does not guarantee ATS passage, recruiter response, interviews, offers, compensation, or employment. You remain responsible for factual accuracy and for deciding whether to use a suggestion.
Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by the operator of CheckResumeATS. You retain ownership of all resume content and job descriptions you submit. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the requested analysis and service.
Prohibited Uses
You may not: use the service for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse engineer our algorithms, submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property, use automated scripts to access the service beyond normal usage, or resell or redistribute our analysis results commercially.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of CheckResumeATS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Non-waivable statutory rights and liabilities are not limited.
Changes to Terms
We may update terms for future use. A paid order remains linked to the scope, Terms, Privacy, and Refund Policy versions actively accepted at checkout; later changes do not silently rewrite that order.
