Refund Policy

This policy applies to the invitation-only target-job execution pilot. Historical products keep the refund terms shown at their purchase.
When a Full Refund Is Available
A full refund is available if we cancel before service starts, cannot provide the purchased scope safely, miss the written delivery deadline for reasons within our control, or confirm a material security failure affecting the order. Withdrawing human-review consent stops access immediately and opens refund coordination; any work already delivered is considered when applying the scope rule below.
After Delivery
Within 7 calendar days after delivery, report a material failure to provide the stated scope and allow the included revision where it can cure the issue. A refund is not based only on disagreement with an evidence-based suggestion, an ATS score, employer behavior, an interview result, or a hiring outcome. Statutory rights that cannot be waived still apply.
How to Request
Use the consent-withdrawal control when access must stop, then email support@checkresumeats.com from the purchase account with the target-job service date and the scope issue. Do not email resume or job-description text. We will identify the order within the authenticated account.
Provider Confirmation
Refunds are initiated through Creem. We mark the order Refunded only after a verified refund.created webhook confirms the provider event and amount. Creem states that funds typically appear in 5–10 business days, depending on payment method and region. A pending local request is not proof that money was returned.
Access and Data During Refunds
A refund or consent withdrawal suspends the target-job entitlement and new reviewer access. Account or job deletion may pause while service or refund obligations are unresolved. After provider confirmation, sensitive execution content can be deleted while de-identified payment and accepted-policy evidence may be retained for accounting, disputes, security, or legal duties.
